There are so many benefits when it comes to eating whole, unprocessed foods! Skip those processed foods and make the switch to Mother Earth’s wholesome goodness!
When I say whole foods I’m talking fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes and herbs. Some may argue that animal products are whole foods, however they have to go through a PROCESS to get to the store. Unless you are a farmer/hunter and are raising your own animals for food, you really don’t know what goes on in the processing part of the business. But that’s a whole different topic… Now, I’m not telling you to completely get rid of all the yummy foods you enjoy, but try incorporating more whole foods into your diet and see how you feel! :) Major benefits of eating whole foods:
