This will be individualized for each person. You will get weekly check-ins where I will evaluate your goal (whether that be weight loss, weight gain, maintenance, etc.), and see where/if we need to adjust your caloric intake. I will break down your caloric intake into macro-nutrients so you know what types of foods you should be consuming, as well as a sample day of eating. You will have access to me via email any time during the weekdays (Monday-Friday) to ask questions regarding your nutrition plan. Please download the MyFittnessPal app (either on your phone or online) and track your food for three consecutive days. Preferably two weekdays and one weekend day. Don’t change anything in your diet beforehand. When done, send me the pie charts for each day that show your macro-nutrient breakdown (carbs, protein, fat). This will allow me to get a better understanding of what you are currently consuming, that way I can better construct your new nutrition plan. Calorie and Macro Package: $50/one time fee
I will provide you with your specific macro-nutrient and calorie needs based off of your gender, age, height, weight and activity level. There will be no follow up communication once I send off your results.
Gym Based Workout Guide: $30
This plan is intended to be performed at a gym. I will guide you through 5 workouts per week that you will repeat over the course of 4 weeks. This is meant for beginners/intermediate gym goers who want to strengthen and shape up their physique. You will need access to dumbbells, cable machines, and a smith machine, as well as cardiovascular equipment.
Home Workout Guide: $30
This plan consists of 5 workouts per week that you will perform over the course of 4 weeks. This option is suitable for all physical fitness levels. These workouts are meant to be accomplished at home with little to no equipment! Only body weight is required, however if you have free weights you can use them to intensify your workout. All exercises can be modified to suit your own comfort level. This is perfect for those who don’t have access to a gym, or do not want to go to a gym. Payments will be accepted via Venmo
